I have always had great service at the surgery. I love Dr Richter she is a real asset to the surgery. She is kind and takes time to listen to what your problems are. The nurses and the receptionists are also very helpful. Could do with a change to the chairs in reception.

Amazing maternity nurses midwives and after care. Docotors very good at listening and understanding. Just needs some better seating in waiting area and would be a perfect surgery!

Receptionist can be very rude at times sometimes the nurses a lot more helpful than the doctors. appointment in general to feel less rushed as sticky tape was plastered over a burn which is painful

Needs online appointment facility. I can never get an appointment. I work 8am to 5-6pm and it is very difficult to make telephone calls from work. By the time I get through (usually after 2pm) all that days appointments are gone, not allowed to book next day and it's pointless booking further ahead when you want a same day appt. Current system doesn't work for workers. All nurses and reception staff I have dealt with have been wonderful, as have most of the doctors (however all but one of the gps have changed since my last visit to the surgery.

It would be helpful to hsve an early morning surgery as well as the late one.
